 ALTA is being brought to life through the visionary and strategic direction of Newport Coast Capital Management (NCCM). The firm is an investment management company formed by a group of experienced real estate professionals to acquire, redevelop, and reposition real estate properties for sale at a profit. The firm invests in target markets around the country including Chicago, Southern California, Boston, and Florida. NCCM acquires, entitles, and develops properties. Through extensive market research and first hand knowledge of various regions, they are able to precisely pinpoint the market and bring stunning projects to life through their world-class product development, market research, marketing and sales team. The firm then manages development of the project through completion. THE INVESTMENT PARTNER Yet another remarkable component of ALTA is ING Realty Partners – ALTA’s steadfast equity partner. ING Realty Partners has completed investments in over 30 different markets in every major property type. The group has acquired over $4 billion of real estate since 1993, in more than 160 transactions, and has sold more than $2 billion in real estate assets. ING Realty Partners, L.P., the first in a series of real estate opportunity funds to be managed by the company, closed its private offering in 1998 with $540 million in total capital commitments from 25 investors. These investors included foreign and domestic pension funds, life insurance companies, endowments, corporations and high net worth individuals. The group invested solely on behalf of ING Group prior to the formation of ING Realty Partners, L.P. THE ARCHITECT The nucleus of Patel Architecture, Narendra Patel’s work encompasses not only contemporarymulti-million dollar custom homes but also includes medical centers, commercial office buildings, corporate headquarters, cultural & performing arts facilities and public institutional improvements. For this, Patel has been an eight time recipient of the prestigious Gold Nugget Award – the premier West Coast recognition for creative achievements in architectural design. Additionally, his work has been recognized by countless architectural publications. As the creative force behind our flexible floor plans, Narendra Patel lends an element that will undoubtedly position ALTA as one of the most uniquely-upscale and artistic real estate accomplishments in the desert. Through understanding the vision of the developer, the capabilities of the construction team, and by assessing the wants and needs of our unique buyers, Patel’s contribution to ALTA is less a matter of product and more an issue of living sculpture. THE INTERIOR DESIGNER Jeffrey Jurasky & Associates, Inc. is a full service Interior Design firm specializing in "high-end" residential projects. The principal, Jeffrey Jurasky, A.S.I.D. established JJ&A, Inc. in 1987 after being a member of the staff at Steve Chase Associates in Rancho Mirage. The firm’s reputation centers around creative involvement in the various phases of a project; from architectural design, through construction and then to interior installation. JJ&A was selected as our design partner because their approach and style matched the sensibilities and preferences of the discriminating ALTA buyer. They approach each project as a new opportunity to achieve an award winning result… this keeps the creative challenge alive and rewards excellence. In addition this insures a close working relationship with their clients and a design solution conducive to the client's ultimate vision. JJ&A has won several design awards for residential design and has been published both locally and nationally.
